Today I made an appointment for my shingles vaccination. It’s a two-series vax, so I’ll need to do this again in, apparently, no sooner than 56 days. The specificity of that time frame hits me. What else might be happening in 56 days? Should I count it? This month of January already feels 56 days long. I don’t want to count it.
